Have purchased from Fy before and products are great. Unfortunately my recent order arrived damaged from the post, however I emailed Fy regarding my issue and a very fast response was given with my new print being reordered and organised for postage on the same day. Great friendly service. Thanks

I had some technical difficulties in ordering but customer services contacted me immediately to resolve. The pictures have now arrived and they're both lovely (bear with mandolin, and the elephant with 2 owls). I'm very pleased with them and with fy customer service.
